Our Story
Stratex Labs was formed by two friends who have spent years working on security inside complex environments where small details change outcomes.
Over time, we kept seeing the same gap. Security work created activity, but not always progress. Teams received long outputs and unclear ownership once the work was "done". Meanwhile, real compromise followed paths. It started quietly, moved through systems, and only became obvious when impact was already on the table.
So we built Stratex around a different standard. Senior practitioners own the work from the first scoping call through execution and briefing. Engagements are designed around the environment in front of us, then adjusted as we learn. Outputs are evidence-first and built for action, with clear sequencing so teams can move.
We also stay involved after the report. We support follow-through, re-validate fixes, and help teams build readiness through resilience work and tabletop exercises when response matters.
Our ambition is simple to say and hard to do well: raise the standard of security work so companies can keep building with confidence.
